A massage treatment normally takes an hour, although your first treatment will take a little longer. NLP therapies often last more than an hour, depending on the individual and the issues being addressed. Personal breakthrough sessions typically last for 8 hours, over one or two days.
3. What should I wear for my treatment?
For NLP coaching, wear something you feel comfortable and relaxed in.
For massage treatments, warm loose clothing is best. Long hair should be tidied away and jewellery must be removed before your treatment.
4. I’ve got a medical problem, should I have a massage treatment?
In many cases massage treatments can help, but there are some conditions for which massage is not advised. In a few cases, it may be necessary for you to seek approval from your doctor before your treatment. If you are in any doubt, please ask your doctor, or contact me.
5. How often should I have a treatment?
This depends very much on what we are treating. Some issues benefit from regular treatment, some require intensive treatment over a few days, and others might need only a single treatment. We will discuss this during your first visit.
6. Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes. Please note that 48 hours notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment are charged at 50% and cancellations on the day of your appointment are charged at 100%.
