I guess that's why most people's reason for not trying yoga is because they're 'not flexible enough'. But that couldn't be further from the truth. Yoga is a great way to build strength and endurance and to condition the body. Conditioning the body helps to prevent injury too. It's the perfect compliment to your gym routine or regular work-out.
