Styles of yoga

Hatha flow yoga:

With influences from many other popular forms of yoga, Hatha flow yoga is designed to leave you feeling supple, strong and relaxed and to promote mental clarity, good health and well-being.

Restorative yoga or yin yoga:

A slower paced, more gentle practice with particular emphasis on the breath and correct alignment. Restorative yoga is designed to strengthen and support the body and leave you feeling relaxed and restored.

Power yoga:

A full body workout. Power yoga increases cardiovascular activity and fat burning whilst also developing dynamic flexibility, muscular strength and agility. You’ll be de-stressed, strengthened and re-energised!
